Clinical Director
Co-founder
Hi, I’m Brittany, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), co-founder of Bloom & Bee ABA, and a passionate advocate for children and families affected by autism and developmental disabilities. My mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential while ensuring families feel supported, empowered, and valued throughout their journey.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children across a variety of ages, skill levels, and behavioral needs. I believe that meaningful progress happens when therapy is individualized, compassionate, and centered around each child’s unique strengths. My approach combines evidence-based ABA practices with genuine connection, collaboration, and a commitment to creating positive experiences for both children and their families.
As a co-founder of Bloom & Bee ABA, I dreamed of building a practice that feels different—one where families are more than just clients, where children are celebrated for who they are, and where staff are encouraged to provide care with both clinical excellence and heart. At Bloom & Bee, our goal is to help children bloom while providing families with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mom who loves spending time with my family, cheering on my daughter’s dance competitions, and making memories with the people I love most. I have a lifelong love for horses and animals of all kinds, and I enjoy all things spooky, especially during the fall season. These passions help shape the warmth, creativity, and authenticity I bring into my work every day.
I am honored to be part of each family’s journey and look forward to helping children grow, learn, and flourish—one small victory at a time.

Assistant Clinical Director
Hi, I’m Iszzy, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
My passion has always been helping children learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential. I have over 9 years of experience working with children of all ages, including 3 years providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and celebrated for who they are.
I believe every child is unique and deserves individualized care, patience, and compassion. Whether I'm helping a child develop communication skills, build independence, or celebrate even the smallest milestones, I strive to make a positive and lasting impact on both the child and their family.
Outside of work, I'm happily married to my wonderful husband and am a proud mom to my energetic 3-year-old son. Our family is also excitedly preparing to welcome another little boy in the coming months! Becoming a parent has deepened my appreciation for the trust families place in those who care for their children, and it inspires me to provide the same kindness, dedication, and support that I would want for my own family.
I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a field that allows me to make a difference in children's lives every day, and I look forward to helping each child reach their individual goals while building meaningful connections along the way.

Hi, I’m Alicia, a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L), co-founder of Bloom & Bee ABA, and a passionate advocate for children and families navigating autism and developmental differences. My goal is to help create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of the children and families we serve by ensuring they feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.
With over a decade of experience providing care and services to both children and adults with a wide range of diagnoses, I have had the opportunity to work across multiple settings, including traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, developmental services, and pediatric care. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful progress happens when care is individualized, compassionate, and built around each person’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
My background in both behavior analysis and occupational therapy has given me a unique perspective on supporting skill development, independence, and quality of life. I value collaboration and believe the best outcomes happen when clinical expertise is paired with strong relationships, open communication, and genuine care for the whole family.
As co-founder of Bloom & Bee ABA, I helped build this clinic with a vision of creating something different—an environment where families feel welcomed, children feel safe and celebrated, and staff are empowered to provide high-quality care with both heart and purpose. At Bloom & Bee, we are committed to helping children bloom in their own way while supporting families with compassion, education, and encouragement.
Outside of my professional role, I am a proud wife and mom of six who deeply values family, connection, and making memories with the people I love most. Our home is often lovingly described as a mini zoo, filled with kids, animals, and plenty of joyful chaos. I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and spending quality time with my family, and those parts of my life help shape the warmth, patience, and authenticity I bring into my work each day.
It is truly an honor to be part of each family’s journey. I feel privileged to support children as they grow, learn, and build meaningful skills—celebrating every step of progress along the way.
“Growth looks different for every child, and every step forward deserves to be celebrated.” 🌻🐝

I believe in celebrating all victories— both big and small! Whether it is building independence, developing communication skills, or improving regulation, I am committed to making a lasting impact on the children and their families.
Outside of work, I often enjoy fishing, reading, and making memories with my loved ones. I am a proud dog mom to a labrador retriever and l love spending time outdoors. My passions help support the patience and dedication I implement into my work daily.
